A Guide to Member's Services

PNWS members wear many hats. Even a master sculptor may have another life. The artists who support themselves solely with art are quite rare. Please help support the arts. Patronize a sculptor. Carole Murphy

Sculpting in Aerated Cement Stretch into the third dimension! Create out of a new sculpting material, aerated cement, while working with a teacher that makes it viable for everyone to follow their own path. Using a form of aerated cement, Carole Murphy follows the student rather than having the student follow her, while cultivating the creative within each. There is room for all levels and abilities as each student gets ample attention because each class is limited to 9 students. Carole's been teaching sculpture for the past 15 years, and her work has been seen in galleries and museums in the NW, SW and in the NE. Classes are held on: Sunday afternoon from 2 to 4:30 and Tuesday evening from 6:30m to 9.

FunkerMarket
Web Design for Artists
You are in Belgrade. There is a gallery in a hot, hot tourist area frequented by wealthy art patrons. Your work would be a perfect fit. Your portfolio is halfway around the world but the iron is hot, hot, the mood is right and you must strike! Your work is not on the web! What do you do? Weakly, you offer to send pictures when you get home...in a month. In all seriousness a website will not sell your work for you but as in the above example it is an essential tool to help you do so. I specialize in clear, easy to navigate sites that present your work clearly and professionally. I hand code all sites so they load fast and are easy to upgrade. Affordable rates. Massage Therapy
I have been a massage therapist for 12 years, using a variety of modalities to get all the aches and pain out. www.azuaralaska.com for more information. I'm a massage therapist to make my money and just got a job managing a HIGH end boutique that deals in wearable art. I am doing waxes now to get ready for a bronzing session, and still a stone carver, doing mantle size stone pieces. Like all artist's I'm married to my art, and floating from one project to another. ;-)
