My designs are inspired by the simplicity of traditional Asian art and design, and by Buddhist teachings. If they help the viewer appreciate the natural beauty of the wood, and experience a few moments of stillness, then they have served their purpose.

At the top of the sculpture is a Dharma Wheel, which represents the Noble Eightfold Path of the Buddha.
