Nicky Falkenhayn

Nicky Falkenhayn is a sculptor living in Portland OR. She spent the first half of her live as a PE and sports instructor, traveling three times around the world. Once settled in Portland art became her focus. Classes at OCAC (Oregon College of Art and Craft) and PNCA (Pacific NW College of Art) launched her as a fiber artist. After the birth of her son she changed to sculpture and jewelry. Her work often combines welded Cor-ten steel and plate glass or knitted wire accents.
